Concerns about the company

I have serious doubts about this company. They have a UK email address, but no one replies or answers calls. Orders come from the EU, so tracking is unavailable, and delivery is very slow (10 days with no updates). I tried to cancel my order but could only send one email, and they don’t respond as promised. Now I’m out £78 with no updates on my order.

Thrilled to discover this platform

I’m thrilled to have found this platform; the wool selection is excellent (real wool, not just acrylic, and much better than what I find in local shops). The shipping cost is a bit higher, but the reasonably priced wool and variety make up for it. They also respond quickly with helpful answers if you reach out to customer service.
