When I asked, they suggested it might be a 'computer error' or theft. I accepted their offer to order for home delivery, but the order never arrived due to an incorrect postcode. After multiple calls, I was told the order was canceled because they couldn't fix the issue. The customer service was unhelpful and frustrating.
