The products are very poor quality. Most of them contain unhealthy and questionable ingredients. When you scan the barcode with ingredient analysis apps like INCI, they score 0 out of 20, which says a lot.

The fragrance quality is also disappointing. The scent does not last long. The car fragrance is extremely strong for the first two days, then it completely disappears. Overall, not worth the price.

Awful experience with unhelpful staff at the airport

I had a really disappointing encounter with unhelpful staff. At the airport, I went to purchase a face scrub and asked the employee if they had it. She responded in a rude tone, asking if I couldn't see it on the shelf. When I tried to move a product to read the label, she put it back and made a disapproving sound, shaking her head. What is wrong with these people? I'm a customer, after all. Beware of this shop; you won't receive a friendly welcome.

Disappointing Gift Wrapping Experience

I purchased several gifts for my son—seven items in total, all skincare products, along with a large bath towel. When I asked the assistant in the store to provide gift bags, she only included one small bag and had the audacity to write 'enjoy your gifts' on the receipt. What gifts? I paid for them, and it was inconsiderate not to provide larger gift bags. This reflects poorly on their customer service. I ended up having to buy a cutlery holder from another store to contain the gifts, which is really unacceptable!

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

If I could rate this lower, I definitely would. I regret not checking reviews before placing my online order; it feels like my package is lost forever, similar to others' experiences. I can't understand how a so-called 'luxurious' company fails to provide decent customer service or reliable delivery. The chosen delivery service has been just as disappointing, if not worse. Truly awful.

Frustrating Experience with Stock Issues

I can only give a one-star rating because there's no option for zero. I checked online and saw an item was in stock at a nearby store, so I made the trip on a cold Saturday, only to find it was unavailable. When I asked, they suggested it might be a 'computer error' or theft. I accepted their offer to order for home delivery, but the order never arrived due to an incorrect postcode. After multiple calls, I was told the order was canceled because they couldn't fix the issue. The customer service was unhelpful and frustrating.

Warning About Missing Items

Avoid ordering from this company as your items are unlikely to arrive. This is the second time I've had issues. It took over two weeks for them to acknowledge a missing item, only to say they issued a refund. However, the refund hasn’t appeared yet, and they mentioned it could take another 14 days to process. Rude Staff Encounter

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff members who was rude to me and my friends. We went in to wash our hands, and she scolded us for using too much soap, even though we barely used any. While browsing, she continued to follow us and made us feel uncomfortable. Other staff members were nice, but this one person really ruined our visit.
