I do like Rituals, especially their limited edition collections but I’ve never encountered such awful customer service when it comes to online. I’ve only placed 4 orders from them in like one year and with 3 of them I had issues. The first one arrived quite quickly with no problems, the second one was lost during transit and so I had to place it again (after a few days of going back and forth with them on WhatsApp and demanding a refund and at least they gave me a discount code). The third one (the re-order), on which they didn’t print the whole address nor my phone number, both vital for delivery in Romania. I had to call DPD and go pick it up from their deposit outside of town. Now, I placed another order thinking things might have changed for the better - WRONG! This time they didn’t print the entire address (AGAIN) and they didn’t even put one item. I’ve been leaving messages on WhatsApp for 3 days and no response! Never ordering from them again!
