She responded in a rude tone, asking if I couldn't see it on the shelf. When I tried to move a product to read the label, she put it back and made a disapproving sound, shaking her head. What is wrong with these people? I'm a customer, after all. Beware of this shop; you won't receive a friendly welcome.
