I have traveled with Ritz in the past but this time was very disappointing

I have traveled with Ritz in the past to China and Thailand and both tours were exceptional. The Best of Japan tour was disappointing. It was listed as a moderate paced tour but it was in fact strenuous. Many of us stayed on the bus at times when it was a 15 minute walk just to get to a location. There were no cultural activities and no real shopping availability. Leaving us for 1.5 hours at an outdoor market doesn’t qualify for authentic shopping. The tour guide was not easy to understand. In Kyoto, one day we ended the tour at 2pm and asked to go to Gion and she told us to take a taxi from the hotel. The hotels were excellent.
