I have been coming to Ravi Jain at River banks clinic for my Botox and filler for a decade. He always delivers the best and most natural results. Improving my appearance in a subtle way that makes my face look refreshed with out looking obviously done. I also appreciate the friendly and gentle service provided at the clinic.
It's ten years since I first attended Riverbanks Clinic, and over the years I have had a range of treatments from Dr Jain and his team. Some of the results have been truly amazing, but always natural-looking: I still look like me, but more polished and refreshed - which has been the intention. Dr Jain is professional, dedicated and inspires confidence. I can trust that he will give me the best advice and I will be well cared for. I can wholeheartedly recommend.
Dr Ravi is a very professional and kind person who only gives the best advice for the concerns you might have.He won't give you a false outcome of your treatment so I trust his advice.Also the clinic is very welcoming and the staff helpful and cheerful!

I’ve been going to Riverbanks for over 12 years and trust the team there implicitly. What I value most is Dr Ravi Jain’s thoughtful approach, he focuses first on building genuinely healthy skin, and then tailors a plan around that. He always explains each treatment clearly and never feels pushy, which makes it easy to make informed decisions.He works with a very light touch, so I’ve never felt I’ve overdone anything. My skin is genuinely in better condition than it was 12 years ago (my favourites being Sculptra and Secret RF), and I’m often told I look younger than I am, which is obviously a lovely bonus.The whole team are warm and professional, and the clinic itself is calm and beautifully run, I always feel comfortable, well looked after, and completely safe there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Riverbanks to anyone who wants thoughtful, well-judged advice around skin and anti-ageing treatments.
I would highly recommend Riverbanks to anyone who is looking for a skin/aesthetic clinic. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Dr Jain is very knowledgeable and patient and takes the time to explain everything and address any concerns or questions. The clinic is lovely and the treatment rooms are very relaxing. I find booking treatments really easy in the app and I’ve always been happy with all of the treatments I have tried. Very lucky to have such a great clinic nearby.

Riverbanks Wellness Clinic is the best around. It is well-appointed, there is plenty of parking and the reception room is roomy and pleasant. The reception staff is always friendly and quick to sort appointments, cancellations and rebooks. Dr Jain is an exceptional clinician. Not only is he knowledgeable about a wide range of treatments and often teaches them to other clinicians, he is also honest and upfront about what a client should and shouldn't do. When I have asked him about several ongoing issues, he has honestly evaluated my concerns and recommends a course of treatments. However, he will not recommend something I do not need nor will not achieve the look I want. He aims to achieve a youthful and natural, but not frozen look with the botox I have and has helped my migraines and teeth grinding with the use of botox. I will not go anywhere else for treatment.
