Unhappy with the product I asked to return it for a refund. Told I had to pay $14 in return shipping and the $14 original shipping was non-refundable. On top of that was told there will be a 15% restocking fee even though I didn't open the product packaging just the cardboard shipping box it came in. The item only cost $30. Never again will I purchase something from Riverbend Home.
Second order and the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I received email with order and saying I would get another email to tell me when it ships. As in first order no ship notification was sent. It did deliver in a couple days so that was great. Also as I stated in first review it would be better with a couple more feet of hose to allow amount needed to be able to pullout of cabinet plus through floor to nipples. Had to order twice to have enough hose. I may be adding more heaters and can’t afford this for each one.
I didn’t receive an order number. I ordered it on 1020 as far as I know it hasn’t shipped on 1022. I’ve paid $30 for shipping to do business with a small business instead of Amazon but now I’m regretting it because my items haven’t shipped. I don’t have my order number the website, clunky And I’ve paid $30 dollars in shipping and it hasn’t even shipped so at this point I wanna cancel my order.And I would appreciate a response to this review
