Their app is super easy to use, it shows you where each item comes from, you can easily add items to your weekly shop or just order them as a one off.
Riverford pick up my empty boxes each week for re-use, and it’s refreshing to see the deliveries come with no plastic. It makes me realise how ridiculous it was buying everything from the supermarket wrapped in unnecessary plastic.
It’s a little more pricey, of course, but money that I’m happy to pay when I know it’s much better for my health, the farmers and the planet.
