I ordered 4 snails was sent ordered confirmation and a tracking number. 4 days later I still haven't received the snails and when I put the tracking number into Royal mail it says they're still waiting for the company to send the package. I've sent an email and message riverpark aquatics through there website but I haven't received a response. The best part is I keep getting an email from them asking me to complete and order for some shrimp I was looking at. Sadly my experience has been very poor. I've now purchased the snails from another company.
