I wish I had read about the 1 star reviews before I ordered my tropical fish. Received order confirmation at the weekend but have not received any information about shipping. This is unusual, Usually when I order fish online I would receive a shipping email within 24 hours. I could not choose a day. I have emailed and messaged today which I hope will resolve the situation but if not I will need to contact my bank. Have received an email back so will wait and see.

Just received my £190 order of Rummy Nose Tetras, Pencilfish and Clown Loaches from Riverpark Aquatics and I’m completely satisfied Every single fish arrived in perfect health – zero DOA, zero stress, and all of them are already schooling, exploring, and showing colors on day one. This is the best online aquatic shop. I have placed several orders with them, and have always received young healthy fish. The owner Daniel is very helpful and has an excellent knowledge of his products. The fish always arrive next day, and are superbly packed, well worth the £20 shipping fee. Even with the shipping fee, the fish work out cheaper, than my local Maidenhead aquatics. Well done Daniel and your team!
This has been my second experience buying fish off them, and I wouldn’t recommend it, I got 3 betta’s that ended up with some sort of disease, I spend a fortune treating them for all sorts to them die as well as kill most of ma other fish in the process. This time it was Cory’s after only 24 hours I’ve lost one and think I’m starting to lose another. I dread to think how many I will have left out what I’ve bought. I was stupit enough thinking it was a one off what happened the first time round but nope, defo would not buy tropical fish from them again. I dnt think they treat the water properly. In my eyes they should be closed down as obviously they dnt know what they are doing
I recently purchased a group of Amatitlania nanolutea from Riverpark Aquatics and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The fish arrived in excellent health, with vivid colouration, clear species-typical traits, and zero signs of hybridisation — which is sadly becoming harder to find these days.Packaging was robust and clearly marked, and delivery was prompt. Communication throughout was reassuring. It’s obvious Riverpark takes pride in sourcing and supplying fish of high quality and true lineage.If you’re looking for properly identified Central American cichlids — especially rare or lesser-kept species — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Riverpark Aquatics. One of the few online retailers I trust to get it right.
ImThink good experience I buy 9 discus fish about few months a goo looks great 2 is dead’s but still is ok . But 4 stars because communications with River park is so poor no response email and you can’t choice colour of fish if you buy online . That all I’m happy and we will back
