Not super impressed with Riverpark Aquatics to be honest. I ordered £44 worth of snails from them for my natural aquarium. To be fair they were very well packaged and delivered promptly but they were dead. I drip acclimatised them as required before adding them to the tank and none of them bar one, had moved in 2 weeks, the internal parts of the snails are oozing out which means they are dead and decomposing. I've contacted Riverpark twice about the issue with no reply or acknowledgment.....needless to say I will not be using them again nor recommending them...
