I'd definitely recommend Riverside Volvo Wakefield to friends and family because the whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Amar and Tom were both excellent, and in particular, the care that Amar took to ensure that he produced great videos before I visited was very welcome; I felt that I knew the car already. His friendliness, attention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure that I understood various aspects of the car were very welcome and reassuring, especially as i had a 180 mile drive back to London from the showroom! Very pleased with the car, and I can't speak highly enough of the service from Riverside and my overall experience.

Distance not a problem

I would describe my experience as click and collect due to me being located on the other side of the country. i found the car on Autotrader and the low mileage example was just what i wanted. the car is perfect and as described and even a personal video was provided. Harry the Salesman was great with great communication explaining the process and answering all my questions providing confidence and trust to proceed with the purchase.
