After just three months of normal wear, the stitching failed and caused a massive hole between the thighs. When I contacted management, they basically said "tough luck." They refused to offer a repair or replacement, claiming that a £300 pair of jeans falling apart in 12 weeks is just "part of the raw denim journey" and told me to pay for a tailor myself. I’ve had £30 Primark jeans last for years. Save your money and go somewhere that actually stands by their products.
