Purchased a dehumidifier for £118, but it is ineffective and seems worth only £20. When I attempted to return it to the specified UK office, I was instructed to send it back to China and cover all fees, plus a 15% return charge. I was even offered a 3% refund instead. This company is fraudulent; do not buy from them.
