Don't buy from this company unless you enjoy stress. I bought a chair from then in January 2026. I waited around two weeks. When the chair arrived I noticed it had broken parts. Cleary the packaging was very poor and the several people that had handled it probably all the way from China didn't care. I took photos for customer service as advised & emailed them over to Rivexo. They will reply but not for 24 hours. They must be in another country. When they reply it's like the replies are from a robot. There is no support telephone number on the website. Eventually I had the part replaced only to find when I started to put the chair together, I found another broken part. Rivexo tried to blame me for not checking the whole chair the first time. I didn't do that as I naively assumed I could have returned the chair for a full refund or a replacement. They have a 14 day full refund policy if you read the small print. I asked for refund because it was taking so long to communicate with them (Robot) and to get new parts. After a period of around 3 weeks I eventually got the chair together. FYI it cost £159.00
They didn’t refuse to give me a full refund they simply ignored my request and insisted on sending spares. All in all next time I won’t buy from a website that hasn’t got a support telephone number with at least a Human to talk to. Rivexo are simply people that buy shit from China hike the price & sell it on. It’s been going on for Hundreds of year. I sell a skill and feel very proud of it.
