We had a difficult time finding our driver. Stood by the pillar waiting and he finally walked to us. We had paid ahead of time, had proof of payment and they said we didn't pay. We had to pay again to the driver who refused to text the company to say we paid. Would not recommend this company. Canceled for our return and went with a different company. They were more reliable and made us feel more comfortable.
