I ordered safety trainers but received the wrong size. When I contacted them for a return, I was told they don’t cover return costs. Despite it being their mistake, it felt impossible to get a sensible response from the unhelpful staff. I ended up paying to return them and opted for an exchange, knowing a refund was unlikely. The trainers themselves are of poor quality, available for a fraction of the price elsewhere. I regret not reading the honest reviews before making my purchase.
