Delayed delivery and unresponsive support

I placed an order in September, but it only arrived in October. The twisty cable laces broke after just 4 weeks! I emailed the support team and received a prompt request for evidence of the broken lace. However, after 4 weeks, on December 13th, I'm still waiting for any response or instructions on returning them for a refund.

Terrible after-sales experience

Paid for express delivery but disappointed

I ordered a pair of boots and opted for express delivery, yet I had to wait over a week. When they finally arrived, they were faulty. I reached out to the support team, but they seemed indifferent. All I received was an email stating that my issue was reported to the fulfillment team, who never followed up. I've sent numerous emails requesting a refund or replacement, but always get the same reply. This feels like a complete scam. Still waiting for my boots

Avoid this company!

I ordered safety trainers on behalf of a friend on September 28. The website suggested it was a local company with a quick delivery promise. After waiting 10 days with no sign of the shoes, I emailed for an update and received a reply claiming they had shipped. However, I never got the promised dispatch confirmation email. Later, I discovered that the shoes were still in China. Now, 11 days later, I'm left in the dark about their arrival. I found the same shoes on another platform for half the price. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Updates: As of October 14, still no order. Tracking is useless. As of October 21, the shoes are finally leaving China. On October 27, they finally arrived!

Long wait and no exchanges

It took a month for my order to arrive, and when it did, they were too big. I contacted the company to exchange for a smaller size, but was told they don’t allow exchanges. I feel like I've wasted nearly £60. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Terrible experience

It took two weeks to receive my safety boots, and they are uncomfortable despite being advertised as wide fit. When I requested a refund, I was repeatedly denied, with an arrogant representative stating that sale items aren’t eligible. After consulting with consumer advice, I learned I am legally entitled to a refund within the cooling-off period. I have reported the company to the appropriate authorities and will pursue my options. I urge others in a similar situation to take action.

Empty promises and no boots

I ordered my boots back in September and have yet to receive them. All I've received are insincere apologies. I've informed them that I plan to return the boots as soon as they arrive. If this is their level of customer service, I have no interest in the boots anymore.

Order never arrived

I ordered shoes on August 27, and as of September 8, they still haven't arrived. Every email gets a generic response claiming they're on the way. However, tracking shows they've just been sitting in China. I ordered from another well-known site days later, and that order arrived. I'm now considering contacting my bank for a refund. The claim of 3-5 day delivery is misleading!
