I ordered shoes on August 27, and as of September 8, they still haven't arrived. Every email gets a generic response claiming they're on the way. However, tracking shows they've just been sitting in China. I ordered from another well-known site days later, and that order arrived. I'm now considering contacting my bank for a refund. The claim of 3-5 day delivery is misleading!
