Poor Customer service

Customer service/delivery service hopeless. Been waiting a week now and still not received my boots, 'customer service' states that they should get them to me in the next week or so if there are no delays! Meanwhile, they keep pressuring me to buy a second pair, I don't want a second pair, I just want to receive the ones I've paid for. Just an update today( 24/8), boots still not arrived, still no idea when they’re coming. Been given tracking info which is useless, just shows me a map of where I live! Meanwhile, all they do is keep offering me a second pair. This company doesn’t deserve our business. Another update (26/8). Yodel now have my boots, in fact they’ve had them for 5 days, still no idea when they will be delivered! Have tried contacting customer service, they’ve replied and said they’ll reply within 48 hrs! 27/8 still no delivery. Yodel still still have my boots, no idea when they’ll be delivered. Rivrise keep fobbing me off with excuses like holidays and staff shortages. I have now referred the matter to Trading Standards. Absolutely shocking ‘service.’
