I was excited to order these blocks as a gift for my grandsons this Christmas. I placed the order on December 1, 2024, and was charged immediately, with a delivery window of 5 to 21 days. Now it’s January 3, 2025, and I still have no product and no updates on delivery. I was informed yesterday that the blocks were in the system, but the couch cover I ordered would be delayed due to being out of stock. This was the first time I was told about the delay since placing my order. I've requested a refund because I want to use the money for something I can actually give my grandsons, but so far, I have not received one. I am very disappointed.
