I ordered 36 blocks and 3 light blue bags. According to a representative, the package was opened by the company, and one bag was crammed inside with the blocks and re-taped for delivery. The other two bags never arrived. I've tried many times to contact the company via email and their support platform, but no one has replied. It feels like they are exploiting consumers. I strongly advise against making purchases from this company. Consider a more reliable service instead. I regret this purchase and hope others avoid the same situation.

This is a fun and creative toy! I bought them for my 4 and 6-year-old sons, and they enjoy playing with them. The blocks are lightweight, soft, and easy to stack, so we don't have to worry about bumps. We also received couch covers that make storage easy when the kids are done. Delivery was quick as well.
I was excited to order these blocks as a gift for my grandsons this Christmas. I placed the order on December 1, 2024, and was charged immediately, with a delivery window of 5 to 21 days. Now it’s January 3, 2025, and I still have no product and no updates on delivery. I was informed yesterday that the blocks were in the system, but the couch cover I ordered would be delayed due to being out of stock. This was the first time I was told about the delay since placing my order. I've requested a refund because I want to use the money for something I can actually give my grandsons, but so far, I have not received one. I am very disappointed.
I ordered these for my kids for Christmas on December 5th. About a week before Christmas, I reached out to the seller because I thought the package hadn’t arrived yet. They responded quickly and confirmed that the shipment was on its way. I had simply missed the tracking update — the package was already at my local facility. It arrived just in time for Christmas, and the kids were thrilled. Our entire family ended up playing with it on Christmas evening.
Avoid this company! They will take your money and not deliver your products. The customer support is unhelpful and dishonest when it comes to resolving issues with your orders. If you happen to receive some of your products, be warned that returning them will be extremely difficult if you decide you don’t want them. What a scam! Stay away from this company.
