Look...The games are super fun and the site is cool BUT rizk.com customer service it so freeking horrible and unprofessional that if you do have issues they are not there to help you they are there to f with you. You cant get an answer to any queston you ask and they dont give options or help with your current issues. They dont explain it they will undermind you as stupid. And the waiting time when you email to support in there site it say 30-60 minutes avarige. Well No. They dont aswer you in those timenlines and fix the probles in front of them as they clame. So be aware that it can take days and they withhold your money captive until they bother to do something about it. So be very very careful if you do play casino games here. Rizk would be 5/5 stars if there customer service would do there jobs and deliver what they promise in there site but saddly they dont. So 1/5 just because of this reasion.
