Please don’t travel with them please, they gave me so much trouble, Not all of us have a vacation due to number of reasons, They title us on the phone you don’t need it the took out ticket number checked and told us we don’t need the test or anything els, once we got there it was a different story, After 2 hours on the phone 25 calls, and sending all the medical reasons they accepted but the flight was already gone and the phone line was close etc, they made us so much trouble and it’s not easy people to deal with specially at the reception in Heathrow Terminal 3, I was so upset no one care and no one even got us a manager to talk to, please don’t travel with them
