I recently ordered the RK N80 keyboard and it arrived with a TFT screen knob issue. I can only use the click function but I cannot scroll by rotating the knob in either direction. I tried all the recommended fixes like resetting the keyboard using fn + space bar and updating to the latest firmware (which the keyboard already had on arrival), trying on different computers but nothing worked. I was advised by one of their team members on Reddit after I posted about the issue on r/RKRoyalKludge that it is a firmware issue and I should get in contact with customer support. I sent an email to support and did not get a response on the issue. I contacted the support on their website as I purchased the keyboard on their website and I haven’t gotten a response. This issue is so frustrating as I literally haven’t even gotten to use the keyboard and I am having issues with the feature that got me to purchase this keyboard. I’d stay away from this brand for your peace of mind.
