I typically don't leave reviews for products I've purchased, but this deserves recognition. After about eight months with my keyboard, a few LEDs started to show a yellow tint. The support team, especially a representative named ‘Lia’, was very understanding and provided prompt assistance while organizing a replacement. Thank you!
The products are of outstanding quality and craftsmanship, offered at a very fair price. The keyboards provide a fantastic typing experience, whether for work or gaming, featuring a pleasant sound and a sleek design. As for the customer service, it's the best I've encountered in any online store. They respond quickly, even with an effective automated reply outside of business hours, and their staff is consistently kind and helpful.
I ordered the RK F99 with silent switches. The postage company lost the parcel but RK were really helpful and sent a replacement promptly. The keyboard is great quality- better than anticipated. The switches are smooth and the keyboard is easy to set up and personalise without any need for additional software. I would shop with RK again and would definitely recommend to others!
Bought my first Royal Kludge keyboard some months ago and loved it. Bought a second, and loved it too, but when I had a hardware issue (when replacing a switch) Royal Kludge support could not have been more helpful, providing instructions and ultimately a replacement part.Highly recommended both for the lovely keyboards but the rock solid support if anything does go wrong during customisation.
I recently ordered the RK N80 keyboard and it arrived with a TFT screen knob issue. I can only use the click function but I cannot scroll by rotating the knob in either direction. I tried all the recommended fixes like resetting the keyboard using fn + space bar and updating to the latest firmware (which the keyboard already had on arrival), trying on different computers but nothing worked. I was advised by one of their team members on Reddit after I posted about the issue on r/RKRoyalKludge that it is a firmware issue and I should get in contact with customer support. I sent an email to support and did not get a response on the issue. I contacted the support on their website as I purchased the keyboard on their website and I haven’t gotten a response. This issue is so frustrating as I literally haven’t even gotten to use the keyboard and I am having issues with the feature that got me to purchase this keyboard. I’d stay away from this brand for your peace of mind.
