I actually just recently found out there were screws missing in my keyboard which made everything unstable, and as the whole thing was falling apart I decided to contact Royal Kludge, as they help me out along the way I noticed that they were really quick on helping me and automatically sent me a new keyboard within days, I’ve never been this impressed with another keyboard company as that they would do nothing about ghe situation I was in, I didnt need to return the keyboard or anything just so I can safe troubles and make it easier and me and them! I recommend this experience with support of royal kludge a 10/10!
