Difficult made easy!

The course material takes a "no nonsense" approach to explaining project management. The instructor was very knowledgeable about the material and explained difficult concepts in a way that was easy to understand. I was able to identify my knowledge gaps right away and now know exactly where to focus. I cannot recommend this course enough!

Free resources mentioned in textbook are not available

The PMP exam prep textbook that I purchased (11th edition) keeps referring to free materials available on the RMCLS website. However, when I scan the QR code and go to the website it prompts me for a password. The license key in my textbook isn't valid for this site, it's valid for exams.rmcls.com. I can't register an account. So I can't access these "free" resources promised to me in my very expensive textbook. They are behind a paywall. I have to pay more to subscribe.

Address correction...

Address correction.... would have solved the issues I had. Additionally, your customer service process is not ideal for the end user... There are way too many emails informing me that you don't employ someone to do the job right the first time. You need multiple layers of automation that provide no value to the customer.

PMP material was inconsistent on PMI…

PMP material was inconsistent on PMI terminology. For example conflated interpersonal skills as a tool. PMI tools are items that van be used and skills are not. Tools and Skills are treated as different items. RMC does not get the distinction. this one of the many ways they are incorrect.

Lacks the PMP Mindset Training

I've purchased a book with the mock-up exam (PM-FastTrack) and I still failed the exam. I feel that RMC lacks the mindset training.

Try difficult to use

Try difficult to use. Have to restart many times especially on testing pages. Plus customer service while promoting is inefficient.

The courses in my account just all…

The courses in my account just all disappeared on Peterson’s. Now I need to reach out to customer service to see what’s going on. For the amount of money that I had to pay for these online courses, the website needs to be a lot more reliable. It’s annoying to have to deal with website cliches. At least send out notifications if the website is down. I have not seen anything.
