The courses in my account just all disappeared on Peterson’s. Now I need to reach out to customer service to see what’s going on. For the amount of money that I had to pay for these online courses, the website needs to be a lot more reliable. It’s annoying to have to deal with website cliches. At least send out notifications if the website is down. I have not seen anything.
