Phoned them up 7 times aswell as an email was promised that they could swap components over from an extra large to a large bike for the same price, a week later the boss eventually sent me an email telling me it will cost an extra £300 for labour on top of a £4800 bike . I'm pretty sure he doesn't pay his mechanics £300 per hour to swap breaks wheels and rear mech .There response to help NOTHING still the same wanting money so they could still make a profit . On first contact you suggested to me that you could swap the components over for the same price a week later you fell short on a promise made by your company and wanted an extra £300 as you pay your mechanics £150 a day and it will be a 2 day job, I cannot believe that a good bike mechanic would not be able to swap the components over between 2 bikes within a full working day .I wrote this review because a man's word should be his bond and to stick with it no matter what, and I write other reviews on companies that also treat people unfairly . I've no idea why you keep adding to your response rather than getting in touch with myself to discuss options! Not 1 email from the owner has come though except the lip service on trustpilot.com and I rang them incase there was any miscommunication but the answer was still the same £300 more.
