I had previously arranged a test ride of an eMTB, the bike was ready and waiting when l arrived, the staff were very friendly and offered me a coffee on arrival. After the test ride a fair deal was done on the bike. The bike was then prepared for me to take home that day with all the required equipment and a couple of additional accessories. Very nice shop, loads of gear and good staff. Whats not to like!
