My derailleur failed on a morning ride, the bike supplied by RM is now 8-years old and well ridden. I called RM that afternoon in the hope they could still source the component. To my surprise they not only had one in stock, but within the hour it was purchased and in the post. Hope to get the bike back on the road for the Saturday club ride. Thank you Mike for your excellent customer support and it was fantastic that you still stocked the item for my ageing Giant Defy.
