If I could give RO a 0 score I would. They are very quick to take your money and the product never ships or shows up; Customer service is canned responses that are auto generated. It was so bad that my response had fill in the blanks that were meant for Ron Burgundy. The only problem is Ron never filled in the blanks. I’ve had a tracking number for a week indicating that the UPSlabel has been generated but it seems to never ship. Only gets pushed out. Started to complain and then they ssid it shipped, from a location that is less than 5 hours from my house but it will take ANOTHER 7 days to deliver. They have $250 of my money. What a joke.
