Very easy app and website to use. All of the information you need is at your fingertips. The new patient offers are great! I received my medication the very next day after signing up and the doctor approving everything. I’m hoping this helps to kickstart my weight loss journey.
This was an awful experience. The last person I spoke to via customer drive at 8887988686 was helpful in confirming my cancellation and processing my refund but this business has poor customer service and delayed response to questions. Not worth it to be so frustrated and have to pay for a service that you have to jump through hoops to materialize. Get a Groupon or go the doctor is the best recommendation.
It enhanced my erection and it gave me more confidence which in turn helped me satisfied my parker greatly. I am using RO along with and improved diet. The more I take care of myself the better my performance. This doesn't happen overnight it can take weeks. And if you're afraid that it's going to take longer than that, it's okay to take your time.because you can achieve your goal.
Worst company to deal with. They take your money and tell you someone will respond in 24hrs then 3 days later nothing. You email them and they give you bs saying they sent a email you never got so you respond with the information they required 2 days later nothing. I suggest you go to another provider because support is horrible here. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience ever and will never go back to them.

my 3rd month shipment was delivered by FedEx into a snowbank 100 feet from my front door. The medication was covered by our service department when they plowed the street. Two days later I realized that the package was out there in the road-salt bank in 10degree weather. I didnt' feel comfortable shooting myself with potentially frozen medication so I requested that a new batch be sent out. "RO" said they were sorry for the inconvenience, but would do nothing about it except charge me another $349 to send out another batch. I refused to pay and cancelled my account. Bad customer service.

LIARS: THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED TO GATHER ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM ME. I HAD NOT ONE REQUEST. FIRST OF ALL, THEY HAD ALL THE INFORMATION TO BEGIN WITH, BUT DID NOT FEEL THE MEDICATION WHICH SHOULD NOT BE FROZEN ACCORDING TO THEIR DIRECTIONS WHICH WAS LEFT FOR TWO DAYS IN A SNOW BANK IN 10 DEGREE OHIO WEATHER THAT I PAID $349 FOR WAS WORTH REPLACING. THEIR SHIPPING COMPANY DID IT, NOT ME. BUT THEY LIED ABOUT CONTACTING ME TO RECTIFY AND THEY SIMPLY SAID THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEND ANOTHER SHIPMENT FOR ANOTHER $349
Thieves, hidden fees I wasn’t aware of, been charged more money than advertised. I gave them 5 stars but downgraded because they tried charging my credit card twice in less than two weeks. Plus I never received the pen injections like you should,so I question how legitimate is the medication. Please don’t fall for the scam. I’m sure there are other companies with better prices and legit medicine
If I could give RO a 0 score I would. They are very quick to take your money and the product never ships or shows up; Customer service is canned responses that are auto generated. It was so bad that my response had fill in the blanks that were meant for Ron Burgundy. The only problem is Ron never filled in the blanks. I’ve had a tracking number for a week indicating that the UPSlabel has been generated but it seems to never ship. Only gets pushed out. Started to complain and then they ssid it shipped, from a location that is less than 5 hours from my house but it will take ANOTHER 7 days to deliver. They have $250 of my money. What a joke.
I’m on week six and eat healthy. No change in my weight, fullness, appetite suppressant. Six weeks and more than a few hundred dollars in pricy for zero results.
And yes, I always eat healthy and I need to lose much weight. But this has been no help
Not a good experience at all, 1st the pricing is deceptive, $145 / month for them to ask you a few questions about how youre feeling, $199 per month for the shots, $45 for initial account set up. THEN after two months, no supplies showed up but charged "subscription fee" . When I asked about supplies they said I needed to go back through the prescreening phase for missing 4 day rotation. Canceled.
