THIS WAS MY TRUST PILOT REVIEW:
my 3rd month shipment was delivered by FedEx into a snowbank 100 feet from my front door. The medication was covered by our service department when they plowed the street. Two days later I realized that the package was out there in the road-salt bank in 10degree weather. I didnt' feel comfortable shooting myself with potentially frozen medication so I requested that a new batch be sent out. "RO" said they were sorry for the inconvenience, but would do nothing about it except charge me another $349 to send out another batch. I refused to pay and cancelled my account. Bad customer service.

LIARS: THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED TO GATHER ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM ME. I HAD NOT ONE REQUEST. FIRST OF ALL, THEY HAD ALL THE INFORMATION TO BEGIN WITH, BUT DID NOT FEEL THE MEDICATION WHICH SHOULD NOT BE FROZEN ACCORDING TO THEIR DIRECTIONS WHICH WAS LEFT FOR TWO DAYS IN A SNOW BANK IN 10 DEGREE OHIO WEATHER THAT I PAID $349 FOR WAS WORTH REPLACING. THEIR SHIPPING COMPANY DID IT, NOT ME. BUT THEY LIED ABOUT CONTACTING ME TO RECTIFY AND THEY SIMPLY SAID THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEND ANOTHER SHIPMENT FOR ANOTHER $349
