After seeing many reviews about the poor quality of certain shoes, I decided to purchase a pair of Katharina shoes through a retailer. Unfortunately, after only a few light uses in the city, the glue began to fail. I love the design, but the quality doesn't match the high price. They offered a refund, but not an exchange for a better pair. I even had to take a newly bought hiking shoe to a repair shop for gluing. Learn from my experience and avoid these shoes. I previously bought a jacket from them, and it was fine, so it seems the issue is only with the shoes. It's disappointing, as I appreciate the design. I feel compelled to warn others about the quality.
