I bought a pair of boots marketed as technical hiking footwear, but after minimal use in the city, the fabric inside the heel of one boot wore through, and the rubber edging is peeling off. Given the high price and limited use, I'm extremely disappointed. They are now nearly unwearable without repairs. I contacted customer service, but they shifted responsibility to the retailer, who has ignored my emails. It's disheartening because I thought I was investing in quality.
