I purchased a pair of shoes from a retailer and wanted to return them, but received no response to my request. I ended up wearing them once, and after only a short hike, the sole started to detach. For such an expensive item, this is unacceptable. Both the retailer and the brand provided no helpful customer service or accountability. Overall, overpriced shoes with poor quality and terrible support. I do not recommend them.
