I recently bought a jacket from an authorized retailer and discovered a manufacturing defect: one pocket was stitched shut, rendering it unusable. For a brand that claims to be premium, this level of quality is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the brand declined to assist since the jacket was purchased through a retailer. Other outdoor brands, even more affordable ones, offer basic repairs or goodwill solutions for such defects. Great design, but poor quality control and disappointing customer service make me hesitant to buy from them again.
