I bought two pair of shoes I mid-November. Both pairs came apart on the front shoe after a couple of weeks. I contacted customer service, who after some back and forth, offered to repair both pairs, if I shipped them back. I shipped both pairs on the 8th of December. After no reply or anything, I wrote them on the 29th of December, to get an update. They got back on the 5th of January, that they were still working on the shoes. I wrote again to get an update on the 18th of January, again on the 23rd of Jan and again on the 25th of Jan. No answer. At this point I’m being ghosted by the company and I don’t have my shoes or the 612 euros that I paid for the shoes.
