After seeing numerous posts about the poor quality, I chose to purchase a pair of shoes through a platform. Unfortunately, after just a few light uses in the city, the glue began to deteriorate. While I appreciate the design, the quality is unacceptable for such a high price. They offered a refund but did not provide an option for a replacement. I even had to take a newly bought shoe to a repair shop to fix it. Take my advice and avoid buying these shoes. I had a positive experience with a jacket from them last year, indicating that the issue is specific to the shoes. It's disappointing, as I really like the design. I feel compelled to caution others about the poor quality. It's unfortunate but true.
