The service I received from this company was horrendous, got horrible messages calling me 'cheap people who just take money from the government here'. I put a complaint in to road buddy about this at the time & they have just ignored it. I still have the text messages as proof of what he said to me, wish I could attach a picture to prove it.Update to road buddy Comment: Wow the lies just keep on coming don't they from this company. If u have proof of this dashcam footage then you won't mind uploading it & sending it to me as it's completely false. Me & the man at the roadside had no issues whatsoever. It was the man in the office that was sending abusive & racist comments. You reckon that man was sacked for having other similar issues with other customers also & begged me to take this review down so it doesn't affect your business but you completely ignored everything that I presented to you. My bank statements can prove that I paid you as I paid by card for all of it. I hope this review does ruin your business as you clearly have a lack of respect for your customers & people need to know exactly what you are like. If your claims are true then you don't mind a solicitor contacting you for defamation of character because I can prove in the messages that I wasn't rude even when he was being racist & your so called dashcam footage can prove your lieing about that also as I know a million percent that that did not happen. Plus I had emailed you & called you numerous times to sort this out which I can also prove from my call log & sent emails to which I had no reply from you at all. Black mail is hilarious, I said you can refund some money back from all the rude & nasty behaviour from your staff in compensation as you was begging this review to get removed so you won't lose any more money. You will lose a lot more money from this review being here then refunding me some money in compensation. Plus I didn't agree a price with the fitter, that was agreed with the person in the office who was sending racially abusing messages, so seems you have no idea what you are talking about. Plus I didn't call either for a receipt, it was in the messages with the racist. Edit = 2/9/25 turns out hamza wasn't sacked from the company like they told me on the phone for his racist remarks as he's just confirmed in what's app that he still works fur the company from the same number he msged from before.
