I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They referred me to a subcontractor who ended up stealing my house keys, car keys, and garage keys and has refused to return them. This has left me in an incredibly vulnerable position, as they now have access to my home, vehicle, and garage.Despite multiple follow-ups, this company has refused to provide me with the subcontractor’s details, including their full name and direct contact information. They have been completely unhelpful in resolving the situation, ignoring my repeated requests and refusing to take any responsibility for the service they arranged.To make matters worse, they are now avoiding my calls and won’t provide me with the contact details of their director, even after numerous attempts. Their lack of transparency and accountability is appalling.I would strongly advise anyone against using this company. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to help or even acknowledge their role in the situation. Absolutely disgraceful service.
