⭐ 1 Star Absolutely disgraceful and frightening experience. Promised 30 to 60 minute attendance for a lone female with a puncture, then charged nearly 400 pounds for an unbranded tyre. After taking payment, they refused to contact or chase their fitter for an ETA and then completely stopped answering the phone, despite advertising a 24 hour emergency service. The fitter eventually arrived nearly FOUR HOURS later. The fitter named Gil then made the situation even worse. He refused to lower the car from the jack unless she left him a good Google review on the spot. This felt extremely intimidating and uncomfortable, especially as she was alone and already distressed. No one should ever feel pressured or unsafe in a breakdown situation. Leaving a woman stranded for hours with no communication and then placing her in a situation where she felt intimidated is completely unacceptable. This was not just poor service it was frightening. Premium prices zero communication zero care for safety. Do not rely on this company in an emergency especially if you are a female travelling alone
