got a puncture on the M25, miles from my my house of all things, only had phone on me, used google tried a couple of companies these guys said they would be with me within 35-50 minutes, but I had to pay £100 deposit ok fair enough. Car had no spare wheel, so need to get home lets get it done. 12.55pm the puncture rung these 1.04pm, tyre replaced at 5.09pm I rung them several times asked what was going on, was told he fitter is 10 mins away, rung back another hour they said 15 mins away, I said cancel my deposit refund it I will try somewhere else, phone only had 20% charge, cant refund as guy has bought tyre and on his way, I would have to pay for tyre I dont have and his call out. So I carried on waiting not sitting in the car as dangerous, freezing cold, the tyre fitter was great , this Company Road Mate is crap, Charge £100 to refer you to another company and no idea where the guy is in relation to your Location. I was in Essex he was in kent. Stuck at Dartford tunnel. If I could give 0 stars I would the call centre never rung back no updates, and asked stupid questions like what is the postcode of where you are , The M25 , yes but what is the postcode ??? wtf DO NOT use these guys ignore the other reviews and try a mobile tyre fitter close to where your location is £316 and 5 housrs wait for this experience
