TERRIBLE DO NOT USE!My tire came away from the alloy whilst I was driving. Contacted this company who said they could get someone out to me with 40 to 60 mins which I was very happy about. 2.5hrs later sat in my own in the freezing cold the fitter arrived. He said my locking wheel nut key was not the right one and that he didn’t have the tools on him to get the tire off without the key. I was not asked if I had the key etc I was just asked for the tire size when I booked. It’s concerning that an emergency tire fitter didn’t have the correct tools to address the issue. He then said he could go home and get the tools and would be 20mins which I didn’t believe as it had taken over 2hrs for them to arrive. He also said it would be an extra £50 at this point I said no and that I would use my breakdown cover to get home and organise a non urgent tire replacement. He then said I needed to pay a £50 call out fee but I had already pre paid a £60 call out fee. I then replied back to the WhatsApp that road mate sent me to check this was correct and I’ve not had a response.As a single female in my own late at night I really didn’t expect to be intimidated and have a tire fitter try and con me out of more money.
