told a 30 to 60 min wait was 2.5 hrs
apparently the tech broke down and didnt tell them for some time. they had arranged someone else who could come but switched me back (all before my call to them to find out where he was) when he decided to still come but i was in DE6 and he was in lecister 1.5 hours fater my inital call !!
finally got sorted at 6.30 and thanked for my paients. i didnt have a choice id paid a deposit and its a sunday. eveything around me was shut
bad communication. bad service and over priced
