Overall it was pretty good.
Checking out the vehicle took a little longer than we would have liked as there was only one employee. There were 3-4 families checking in and he did a great job managing but from the customer standpoint, it took 3 times longer than we had planned. Staffing more folks on the rush hours would be helpful.
The van should have been cleaner on pick up. The fridge was dirty.
The check in process on the other end went well.
