Additionally, I have been waiting for over a month for the claims department to reimburse my expenses related to the stay and travel after the accident. I have a written confirmation from the service promising reimbursement for these costs. Despite providing the necessary receipts, I have yet to receive any payment. It is frustrating that the service returned the very images I submitted to assist them without including the police report. The team took advantage of my patience and cooperation, leaving me extremely dissatisfied with this situation.
